The firm was established in 1965 under the leadership of CA Dhirajlal Mehta as a proprietorship enterprise, for providing services to its clients in the field of taxation and assurance. With the vision to introduce young and dynamic professionals in practice, the enterprise was converted into a partnership in the year 1988.

Today the firm comprises of six partners rendering professional services ranging from litigation in direct and indirect tax, tax planning, assurance services, FEMA matters, Financial Planning, International tax matters and planning, transaction structuring and a host of other services.
